Payment methods
Payments on the website are processed through PayPal, you will automatically be forwarded to the PayPal site. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. If you haven’t got a PayPal account (or you prefer not to use it) please select the ‘pay by credit or debit card’ option on the log-in page.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange an alternative payment method, eg bank transfer or cheque.
On successful completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping charges apply for physical items bought from the online shop. The charges will be clearly shown at time of purchase.
We aim to dispatch your order within one week of receiving it.
For delivery within the UK we use Royal Mail. Please contact us if your order is for delivery overseas.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You may return it to exchange for an alternative item, a credit note, or a refund.
Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of delivery, along with a copy of your receipt.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Please note we are unable to refund or credit shipping charges unless the item was damaged in the post. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You will receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund has been processed.

Cancelling an order
We may cancel any part of an order, (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:
- The requested products in that order are not available, or
- There is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Website in relation to the relevant product in that order, or
- That order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.
If we do so, then we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order.

Any other use of the website, its content and its information, is strictly prohibited unless we give you written permission in advance.
